To hold your room we need an advance deposit of $25 per room, per night via credit card (mastercard or visa) or check. Advance payments will be applied to your final total and will be listed on your confirmation form.

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable, advance deposit of $25 per room, per night is necessary for your resevation. If you cancel within 14 days of your reserved date you will be charged for your entire reservation(s) unless we can rebook your room(s), you may roll over your reservation (once) to another date within ninety days from your original reservation. On major holidays and area festival events you will be charged for your entire reservation, regardless of the date of cancellation unless the room can be re-booked. This applies to the week between Christmas and New Years, President's Day, Valentines Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Blueberry Arts & Harvest Moon Festivals.

Please make sure that your address information above, matches the billing address on your credit card, in order to help us reserve your room quickly.
